My body butter arrived melted can I get a refund ?
Each jar is made in small batches which makes them so unique ! During our summer months it may be hard to prevent your butters from melting while in transit. This does not mean the product is less effective, half -full or simply not good. Despite our packaging mail carriers still tend to do whatever they please when delivering. So we encourage you to keep an eye on when your butters will arrive.
What is your exchange/ refund policy?
Due to the sanitary aspect of our product, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please write us using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.
How can I ensure that my sensitive skin will not be irritated?
Our products are for external use ONLY and as directed. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children, except under adult supervision.
